If you do not receive your purchased services (e.g., Etsy Favorites, Ranking Boost, Traffic Generation) within the specified timeframe or if the service delivered does not substantially match the description, you may be eligible for a refund.
Our refund policy is applicable for 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days have passed, we generally cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Refund Process

Upon receiving your request, we will typically send an email acknowledging receipt within 1-2 business days. We will review your request based on the service delivered, order details, and adherence to our Terms of Service.
We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within a certain number of days, typically 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Favorites/Followers Services: If the agreed-upon quantity of favorites/followers is not delivered within the specified timeframe, you are eligible for a refund proportionate to the undelivered amount, or a full refund if the service has not substantially started.
- Ranking/Optimization Services: Refunds for these services are considered if there is clear evidence that the service was not performed according to the agreed-upon scope or if promised deliverables were not provided within the timeframe. Due to the nature of algorithms and external factors, specific ranking positions cannot be guaranteed and are generally not grounds for a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Traffic Services: Eligibility for refunds is based on the delivery of traffic volume within the specified period. Issues related to conversion rates are generally not grounds for a refund, as these depend on factors outside our direct control (e.g., listing quality, pricing).
- Design Services: Refund eligibility for design services depends on the stage of the project and the terms agreed upon at the start. Refunds may not be possible once significant design work has commenced or been delivered.
Non-Refundable Situations
Generally, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after the service has commenced or been completed.
- Your account or listing violates the terms of service of the platform (e.g., Etsy, Fiverr) for which the service was purchased.
- The 30-day period since the purchase has expired.
- Issues arise due to factors outside our control (e.g., platform algorithm changes not directly related to our service actions, account suspension for unrelated reasons).
